RCS-6 Series

PULSA RCS-6 Series is a 6 station Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing machines designed for liquid and paste products.

Containers are loaded automatically onto the rotary turn-table. As the containers passes beneath the filling unit, predetermined volume of product is deposited into the containers.

At the sealing station, the laminated film / foil is sealed onto the container and die-cut.

The sealed containers are raised at the discharge station for removal or alternatively an automatic discharge unit can be incorporated.
